摘要:

阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）可对患者生理、心理功能及生活质量造成严重的影响，OSA 致认知障碍已成为研究热点。目前，OSA 导致认知障碍的发病机制及相关治疗尚不完全明确，现对相关机制和治疗进行综述，以提高相关认识。

Abstract:

Obstructive sleep apnea（ OSA） has a serious impact on patients' physical and mental functions as well as their quality of life. Therefore， cognitive impairment caused by OSA has become a hot research topic. At present， the pathogenesis and related treatment of cognitive impairment caused by OSA are still not completely clear. This paper reviews the related mechanisms and treatment of cognitive impairment caused by OSA， so as to improve relevant understandings
