Parkinson disease is a common neurodegenerative disease among the middle-aged and the elderly. Because of its high prevalence rate， high disability rate and difficulty of early diagnosis， Parkinson disease puts heavy burden on patient's family and the whole society. This article reviews the latest diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson disease， in order to make a better understanding of the disease and serve the patients.
