Dementia is a progressive neurodegenerative disease，and the management of dementia patients has become a new public health problem and challenge. Home management is a community-based professional care service， mainly in the form of case management and self-management， which is in the early stage in China. Therefore， a better understanding of home management can provide a reference for home care practice of dementia patients.
