Meniere disease（ MD） and vestibular migraine（ VM） are common in clinical practice. Their clinical manifestations are similar and lack of effective means of differential diagnosis. A large number of studies showed that MD and VM are related in terms of pathogenesis， clinical features and treatment. Therefore， this article is to explore the correlation between these two diseases from the pathogenesis， clinical characteristics， treatment.
