Schizophrenia is a kind of severe mental illness. Aggressive behavior is one of the characteristics of severe mental illness. Schizophrenia has a higher risk of aggression/violence than the general population， and the social harm is great. Understanding and mastering the neurobiological mechanisms of aggression/violence in schizophrenia is essential for its control and prevention. Currently， MRI studies on aggressive/violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia have made some progress， but the results are relatively limited， and the results are also different. This article reviews MRI studies on aggressive/violent behavior in patients with schizophrenia.
