    Abstract:

Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder with the characteristics of difficult rehabilitation and high recurrence rate. In addition to drug therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy( CBT) is more and more widely used in the treatment of schizophrenia. Although the cognitive behavioral therapy for schizophrenia has made some progress, there are still some obstacles, and research results are not the same. By reviewing the related literature of CBT for schizophrenia, this paper summarized the current status, existing obstacles, and future prospects of CBT research for schizophrenia. Its aim is to provide a reference for clinical application and related research to improve schizophrenic patients' symptoms and mood in the future.
